What does PremiumWalls do?
PremiumWalls is a painting and surface-care company working across Bengaluru. We paint homes, offices, shops and apartment common areas, sort out damp and seepage, repair walls, and finish wood and metal. Every job starts with a free colour and wall inspection, and you get a written, itemised quote covering the scope, the materials and the schedule before anything is booked.
Why people call us
You are probably here for one of these reasons.
Most people who call us have one specific thing bothering them, not a shopping list. If any of these sounds like your place, an inspection is the quickest way to a straight answer.
01
You can't decide on a colour.
Shade cards look nothing like a finished wall, and the light in your room changes how a colour reads through the day. Getting it wrong is expensive to put right.
02
The last paint job didn't last.
Peeling, patchy areas, roller marks, cracks that came back within a year: that is almost always rushed preparation, not cheap paint.
03
There's a damp patch that keeps coming back.
Paint over a wall that is still wet and it will fail again. The water is coming from somewhere, and that has to be found and fixed before anything is coated.
04
You can't shut the place down.
For a shop, clinic or office, losing working days costs more than the painting does. The work has to be planned around how you actually operate.
05
The last quotation explained nothing.
One number, no scope, no materials, no dates. That is impossible to compare and impossible to hold anyone to.
06
You're handing the property over.
A new home, a sale or a change of tenant needs a clean, even finish on a date you can rely on, without any drama.
Find the work your property actually needs.
Eight categories covering painting, protection and repair. Each one opens onto the detail: what is included, how it is done, and what moves the cost.
Preparation is the part nobody sees, and it is the part that decides how the wall looks in three years. We show it to you as carefully as we show you the finish.
01
Colour confidence
We look at your room, the light it gets and how you use it, then narrow things down to shades and finishes that will actually work in that space. You see real samples on your own wall before you decide.
Expert colour consultation
Physical shade selection
Room-wise and exterior guidance
Finish recommendations
02
Flawless preparation
Most paint failures start with the preparation. We check the condition of the wall first, then repair it, level it and prime it. And we show you that stage instead of hiding it under the final coat.
Wall-condition inspection
Crack and plaster repair
Putty, levelling and sanding
Correct primer and base coat
03
Beautiful execution
Trained painters working to a plan, with a supervisor on site. Your furniture and floors are covered, the edges are cut clean, the coats are even, and everything is cleared up at the end of each day.
Furniture and floor protection
Clean edges and uniform coats
Daily cleanup
Final inspection and touch-ups
04
Professional peace of mind
You always know what is being done, what it costs, who is responsible and when it will be finished. The scope is in writing, the materials are named, and one supervisor owns the job from start to end.
Written and itemised quotation
Defined project schedule
Material transparency
Dedicated supervisor
Clear warranty conditions
From first call to handover
Seven steps, and you approve the important ones.
Nothing gets ordered, mixed or painted until you have seen the written scope and signed off the colours.
1
Tell us about the property
A quick conversation about the space, the surfaces and what you are hoping for. Call us or message us to get started.
2
Free colour and wall inspection
We come to you, check the condition of every surface, flag anything that needs repair or a closer look for moisture, and measure the paintable area.
3
Written scope and quotation
You get an itemised quote covering the surfaces, the preparation, the materials, the number of coats, what is excluded and the schedule. Nothing is left for you to discover later.
4
Colour and finish approval
We put samples up on your wall and look at them together in daylight and after dark. You sign off the shades and finishes before any work starts.
5
Protection and preparation
We cover and mask the furniture and floors. Then the cracks, plaster and levelling get sorted, followed by putty, sanding and primer.
6
Supervised application
A trained team applies the coats to the specification you approved, with a supervisor responsible for the site and the daily clean-up.
7
Inspection, touch-up and handover
We walk the property with you, note anything that still needs attention, finish the touch-ups, and hand back a clean space with your one-year workmanship warranty and its conditions in writing.
Step two is free. We inspect the surfaces, measure the paintable area and tell you what the walls actually need, well before there is any talk of a price.
The finish may be similar, but the planning is not. Choose the path closest to your property and see how we keep the work practical from inspection to handover.
Anyone can give you a rate per square foot over the phone. It changes the moment someone actually looks at the walls, which makes it useless for comparing quotes. Here is what genuinely moves the number.
Your quotation itemises every surface, the preparation for each, the products, the number of coats and the schedule — with exclusions listed rather than left vague.
Not the carpet area. We measure the walls, ceilings, ledges and returns on site, which is why the inspection comes before the price.
Condition of the existing surface
A solid wall that just needs a repaint is a very different job from one with peeling coats, hollow plaster or active damp.
Depth of preparation required
Whether it is a touch-up and recoat, full putty and levelling, or stripping back to a sound surface. This is usually the biggest single variable in a quote.
Product and finish grade
The grade of emulsion, how washable it is, the sheen level, and any specialist or decorative finish. We talk you through the trade-offs instead of defaulting to the most expensive option.
Number of coats
Set by the surface, the colour change and the product, not picked to hit a number.
Height and access
Ladders, scaffolding, cradles or rope access all change the cost and the safety planning.
Occupancy and furniture movement
Working around a family at home or a business that is still trading takes longer than an empty property, and it is phased differently.
Scheduling constraints
Night work, weekend-only access, a holiday window or a fixed handover date all affect how we staff the job.
Where we work
Painting across south and east Bengaluru.
We are based in HSR Layout. Whether we can take a project on depends on its size and who is free at the time, so if you are just outside these areas, ask anyway and we will be honest with you.
Yes, genuinely. We come out, assess the condition of the surfaces, talk through colours and measure the paintable area, at no cost and with no obligation. You get the written quotation afterwards and decide in your own time.
Can we stay in the house while it is being painted?
In most homes, yes. We usually work room by room so the rest of the house stays usable, masking and covering each area before we start and clearing it up at the end of the day. If a space genuinely needs to be empty, like a full floor recoat or work with a strong smell, we tell you at the quotation stage so you can plan around it.
What does the quotation include, and what is excluded?
It itemises the surfaces to be painted, the preparation each one needs, the products and number of coats, the schedule and the supervisor responsible. Anything outside that scope, such as structural repair, plumbing work behind a damp wall, moving electrical points or deep cleaning, is either listed as an exclusion or quoted separately, so there is nothing to argue about later.
There is a damp patch on my wall. Can you just paint over it?
No, and honestly nobody should. Paint over a wall that still has moisture behind it and it will blister or peel, usually within a few months. We find where the water is coming from, whether that is a terrace, an external wall, a bathroom or a leaking line, treat that first, let the wall dry, and only then prepare and paint it.
How do I choose a colour without regretting it?
Look at it on your own wall, in your own light. Shade cards and phone screens both mislead you. We narrow the options to a few that suit the room's light, its size and how you use it, then put samples up so you can see them in the morning, in the evening and under your own lights before you commit.
How long will the work take?
It depends on the measured area, how much preparation the surfaces need, whether anyone is living there and how much access we get each day. You get a schedule with the quotation once we have inspected the property, rather than a number over the phone that we would only have to revise.
Do you work on commercial properties as well as homes?
Yes. We paint offices, shops and showrooms, hotels and restaurants, schools, clinics, warehouses and apartment common areas. Commercial work is planned around your operating hours and phased area by area, with a single supervisor coordinating access, protection and handover.
Which parts of Bengaluru do you cover?
We are based in HSR Layout, and we mostly work across HSR Layout, Koramangala, BTM Layout, Bellandur, Sarjapur Road, Electronic City, JP Nagar, Jayanagar and Whitefield, depending on the size of the project and team availability. If you are just outside that, ask anyway and we will tell you honestly whether we can take it on.
What happens after I send an enquiry?
We call you to get a picture of the property and the surfaces, find a time that suits you, and book the free colour and wall inspection. After the visit you get the written scope and itemised quotation. Nothing is ordered or started until you have approved it.
Let us look at your walls first.
